Shipping & Delivery

Not in stock items require a 7-14 day lead time if in stock at the manufacturer.
Delivery is 1-2 days for metro areas and 3-4 days for regional.
Authority to Leave (ATL) deliveries cannot be addressed to Units as there is usually no safe place to leave the parcel.
Our delivery agents do not deliver to PO Box addesses.
If you are not present to receive a shipment, we are charged a 'carded freight' fee of $9.50 and reserve the right to charge this to your account.

Privacy & Security

No credit card numbers are stored on-premise. All card details are stored within our merchant service's secure systems protected by passwords, encyption and secure certificates.

Returns & Replacements

All effort is taken to ensure the right colour and size is shipped. Please ensure you use our sizing charts or discuss measurements with our staff. Returns are not accepted for buyers remorse. Where possible, Execukids will attempt to replace outfits and customer will be required to pay for return shipping and shipping of replaced garment.

Ordering

Please provice as much information as possible when placing an order, e.g. wear date and if multiple items are required by the same party.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is required before shipment of orders can proceed.
Credit cards are not charged by the online ordering system, cards are only charged once items are shipped.
Goods remain the property of Execukids until paid in full.
